Treatment: Consists of a diagnostic conversation - professional Shiatsu bodywork and debrief. The client is fully dressed and the treatment takes place on a comfortable futon.

OFFERING:
Jacq, holds a Diploma in Shiatsu and East Asian Therapies from The Australian Shiatsu College. To further complement her existing skills and training, she is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture).
Jacq understands the healing properties of Shiatsu, and as a result, how important touch is to our physical and mental wellbeing. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to creating a safe space where all are welcome, prioritizing the client’s needs and ensuring they are heard. Understanding each person has their own health goals and needs, Jacq's role is to work closely with you to create a personalised treatment.
Jacq is interested in assisting people on any health journey, whether it be mental health, nervous system regulation, pain management or self-care.
